Podficcer Requirements
Minimum: either a complete recording of an existing fanfiction that's either 1500+ words or 10+ minutes in length OR a complete recording of a new fanfiction written by the podficcer that's at least 750 words

Other: If you're fulfilling a podfic or vid request, your AO3 post will remain anonymous with the rest of the collection until reveals but you can include your usual credits with the work and host the media wherever usually works for you.

Additional Info
A multi-fandom exchange focused on gen fanworks, with freeform tag matching so that you can request and offer all your favorite gen tropes and scenarios. Both solo characters and gen character combos can be requested, and fic, art, vids, and podfic are all welcome!

Podfics as primary submissions are allowed. Group sign ups aren't disallowed, but only one account can sign up with requests and offers and we will hold that account solely responsible for creating a fanwork for the requests assigned to that account. For assignments, participants are expected to create one fanwork that matches the minimums for the medium they've chosen (that is, you can't make two five minute/750 word podfics to fulfill your assignment) but everyone is encouraged to create "treats", which are extra gifts that do not have to meet the minimums. All assignments must match requests on one fandom, one medium, one character or relationship, and one freeform tag, while also avoiding the recipient's stated DNWs (Do Not Wants); all other details are optional.

The mods can be reached at genmod@gmx.com and are very happy to answer even very basic exchange questions for people and walk them through sign ups.

Other: must focus on the relationship between Steve Rogers and Tony Stark (in any setting or continuity you can think of)

Additional Info
Fills must be previously unpublished and created specifically for your bingo card.

Fills can be any combination of fic (100+ words), podfic (100+ words), art (no manips), or vids (10+ seconds).

A fill may only count toward ONE space/prompt. This includes multi-chaptered fills. The point is to create one stand-alone fanwork per square. Single chapters of a chaptered fic or panels of a multi-page comic can’t count as a single fill. Only the work in its entirety can.

To receive your card, leave a comment on the post linked above. You can specify formats for which you want to receive specific prompts; all non-format-specific prompts can be filled with fic, art, and podfic.

There is a list of podfic-friendly Steve/Tony writers in the fandom here, so you can easily find things to podfic if you don’t want to read your own work. You can also check creators' profiles for transformative statements.

Fills can be posted wherever you like, but you must show that they are prompt fills for STONY bingo (e.g. an author's note, #stony bingo fill as a tag etc). We encourage (but do not require) you to post your fills to the cap_ironman Dreamwidth community with the bingo! tag, mention cap_ironman on Tumblr, or add your work to the AO3 collection in order for your works to be mentioned in our Cap-Iron Man Monthly Newsletter.

To claim a prize for a bingo, we require you to show up in the claims post for this round towards the end and let us know that you've reached Bingo.

Other: If you are recording something that naturally uses fewer words, for example a radioplay or script style fanwork, we’d ask you to use your best judgement to record something that is of similar effort and content to the spirit of the 1,000 word minimum.

Additional Info
When making your request, you can request up to four KJ Charles ‘fandoms’ or book universes (this is defined as a series of books when they are part of a series, or a single book if they are stand alone books).

You must offer at least one fandom, and can offer up to an unlimited number of KJ Charles fandoms. (Technically the limit is 13, as that’s the number of fandoms available in the tagset.)

There is 1 mandatory check-in on the 27th of March. There is no need to share a draft or any part of your work, only confirm with the mods that you are on track to finish on time.
