Voiceteam is a Discord-based annual event for the podfic community. Players are grouped into teams of around a dozen players each. Then across three week-long rounds in May, players can earn points for their team by making voice-based or voice-adjacent creations that fulfill different challenges. Each round begins with ten new challenges being revealed, and then teams are set loose to strategize, create, earn points, and have fun!

You may know that we’re not having a meetup this October, instead moving it to early 2026; you may not know that we’re also choosing a new venue. We want your help to figure out exactly WHEN and WHERE it will be:

Purimgifts is an annual all-fandoms-welcome exchange for fanfic and/or podfic (participant's choice; Pod-Together style teams welcome!) with a side helping of art, focused on characters who are at least one of: women, Jewish, or persecuted by evil viziers.

Purimgifts celebrates the Jewish holiday of Purim, which commemorates one smart orphan-girl saving her people from genocide (plotted by the king's vizier) and becoming a queen while she's at it. You totes don't have to be Jewish to participate!

Ladiesbingo is a bingo challenge for creative works about the relationships between women. It runs for seven months (from September until March). Players create works to fill squares in a bingo card and gain points for the patterns they make. When the challenge ends in March winners are announced based on the number of points amassed.

The motivation behind the community is to encourage people to make creative works focused on female characters and their relationships.
