Solstice Exchange is an informal, community-focused, all-ages holiday exchange. All fandoms and ships are eligible, with one exception: contemporary RPF figures nominated as part of a romantic relationship must be over the age of 18. NSFW content can't be requested or offered in this exchange due to one of the mods' personal comfort levels, not a value judgment; this may change in future exchanges.
Participants can opt in to the media "podfic" or "multivoice podfic". One work can only fill one assignment, so if you and a friend both offered multivoice podfic, you can't create one work together to fill both your assignments. However, you could work together to create two podfics and fill both your assignments together.
There is no anon period for this exchange, so you don't have to worry about wrangling that.
You can create additional podfics as treats if your heart desires!

CONfab will be held online through Conline, with programming held over Zoom and Discord. They will host two tracks of programming, Saturday morning through Sunday afternoon, in the following formats:

Multi-Fandom Topics – Often include subjects of multifandom interest, like the representation of women in canon, supernatural worldbuilding, or writing good kink fic. They may also cover a more general fandom universe that has multiple smaller fandoms that fall under its umbrella.

Single-Fandom Topics – Focus on topics of single-fandom or niche interest.

Workshops – Give attendees a chance to learn something new, or hone their skills. Past workshops have included things like live beta reading, cross-stitch, fandom stitch ‘n bitch, making fannish plushies, tabletop RPGs 101, and more, but they can be about anything you’re interested in and want to share with others.

Programming submissions will be put to a public vote to gauge interest. You can submit up to four proposed topics in total. The deadline to submit a programming proposal is JULY 31st.
