sign-ups+close:+sep = EVERY entry with sign-ups closing in September (every year)

sign-ups+close:+sep,sign-ups+close:+oct = EVERY entry with sign-ups beginning in September AND October (every year)

sign-ups+close:+sep,category:+exchange,?mode=all = every EXCHANGE with sign-ups closing in September (every year)

sign-ups+close:+sep,category:+exchange,year:+2019,?mode=all = every EXCHANGE with sign-ups closing in September of ONLY 2019
